EASY MINI BREAKFAST QUICHE RECIPE

This is a fun and easy breakfast dish for the whole family to make together. Even young kids can build their own with their favourite ingredients!  Arrange an array of fillings on a tray and let everyone build their own quiche to their liking.

Prep takes less than 10 minutes and they bake up in 30-40 minutes!

INGREDIENTS:

1 package pre-rolled puff pastry sheets

8 eggs

1/3 cup table or heavy cream

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Filling Suggestions:

Ham

Bacon

Crumbled sausage

Green onion

Bell peppers

Mushrooms

Blanched broccoli

Shredded cheese

Dill, parsley or thyme

Spinach

Fresh or Sun dried tomatoes

EASY MINI BREAKFAST QUICHE RECIPE

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 F degrees.

  2. Cut each pastry sheet into four pieces. You should end up with 8 squares.

  3. In a medium bowl or measuring cup, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper together. Set aside.

  4. Grease individual baking dishes (ramekins) with butter or cooking spray.

  5. Place a square of puff pastry in each dish.

  6. Fill each puff pastry lined dish half way with fillings of choice.

  7. Pour egg mixture over fillings until dish is 3/4 full.

  8. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to slightly cool before serving.
