My Tuna Casserole has the perfect combination of creamy, cheesy goodness and hearty flavours that scream comfort food. Not only is it super easy to make with ingredients you most likely have in your pantry, it's also incredibly delicious .
With the addition of golden sautéed onions and celery, thyme and a perfect blend of spices, my tuna casserole is an elevated version of the typical boring tuna casseroles from days past.

EASY OLD FASHIONED STUFFED PEPPERS
With a handful of simple ingredients and left over rice, these easy Stuffed Peppers are full of flavour and the nostalgia of days past. They are filled with seasoned ground beef, rice, tomatoes and tomato sauce, and of course, cheese. My version includes diced green chili peppers for a bit more flavour. They are then topped with more cheese (because you can never have enough!) and baked until golden.

Want to add some savoury, smokey, and slightly spicy flavor to your meals? Blackened seasoning is a blend of Cajun and Creole flavours that has a delicious kick of heat. Making your own blackening seasoning is super easy to put together, and is also sugar-free, gluten-free, and made with commonly found spices you probably already have in your pantry without the added chemicals and preservatives found in store bought blends.
It adds fantastic flavour to poultry, seafood, meats or veggies.









THE BEST HOMEMADE ITALIAN(ish) MEATBALLS
No need for processed, run of the mill frozen meatballs from the grocery store! Making your own delicious and tender homemade meatballs is easy and will be a family favourite. My slightly twisted version of Italian meatballs are also very versatile.
Simmer them in your favourite marinara or bolognese sauce, serve them with a rich mushroom gravy or even use them in a meatball sub sandwich!
They also freeze extremely well for busy work days. Just defrost in the fridge overnight and serve them your favourite way.


HEARTY ONE POT LASAGNA SOUP
My one pot, hearty lasagna soup is simple, super easy and is ready in under 40 minutes. It has incredible flavour with the rich tomato broth, and is loaded with chunks of meat, tender vegetables and cheesy goodness. It is also very easy to tweak for your own personal taste. For an extra special twist, top with beautiful balls of Burrata Cheese!
